Yes, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid B-class driver’s license for at least 2 years to rent a car.

The minimum car rental period is 1 day in Fethiye and Dalaman Region. In Dalyan, minimum car rental period is 3 days. For Marmaris, the minimum car rental period is 5 days.

Yes, you can book and pay for a rental car on behalf of someone else. However, the person renting the car must present their own driver’s license and credit card when picking up the vehicle.

No, due to security and deposit requirements, a credit card is mandatory for car rental.

The deposit (pre-authorization) will be refunded after the rental period ends, deducting any additional costs such as tolls, fuel shortages, extra mileage, or damages.

You can pay online with your credit card to benefit from a special discount, via bank transfer (EFT), or choose the "Pay at the Office" option to pay when picking up the car.

If you cancel on the same day of booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, a 2-day rental fee will be deducted. If your reservation is less than 2 days, no refund will be issued.

Yes, you can modify your booking before picking up the car. You must inform us at least 5 days in advance, and any changes will be subject to availability and price adjustments.

No, the car is provided with ¼ tank of fuel, and it should be returned with the same fuel level.

You must immediately report the accident to us and call 155 POLICE or 156 GENDARME. The car must remain in its accident position, and you need to obtain an accident report and an alcohol test.

All rental cars are covered by 24/7 roadside assistance. The emergency contact details are provided in your rental contract.

A replacement key can be provided. However, you will be charged for the key replacement and delivery service.

Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement if they present a valid driver’s license. However, unauthorized drivers will not be covered by insurance.

Yes, upgrades are available based on vehicle availability. If the reserved car is not available, a free upgrade may be provided to the next category.
